...wow. My species only lives a hundred years, if that. Less than fifty sweeps. Magical folk can live longer, but not significantly.
I suppose when you've lived that long you wouldn't long for an afterlife. You'd be somewhat ready to...just be done.
What do you mean, decommissioned?
