[Lily is sitting in her living room, which is spotless. She's been on a cleaning kick. Not a whole lot has been happening and she's needed something to distract herself from the fact that she's recently leaned her entire future. All four years she has left of it. She's smiling now, although it seems just a little bit forced.]

I haven't posted in awhile, so...I thought I'd check in. I'm sure there are new people here since the last time, so I suppose an introduction would be the best place to start. My name is Lily Evans. I'm a witch.

[She smile widens, and is real for a moment. She holds up her hand so that her emerald engagement ring is visible.]

And I'm engaged! To James. Obviously.

[She giggles, then covers her mouth because it was extremely girly and embarrassing.]

Anyway. I was thinking, and there aren't that many people here that I know. And the ones I do know, I haven't necessarily spent any time with. I've talked to many of you over the network, but.

So, does anyone want to do anything this coming week? I could really use the excuse to get out of the house.

Nothing at all.

I'm so bored.

Bored is much better than the alternative, I assure you. This past month has been insane.

Perhaps we should do something, though. To alleviate your boredom. What do you like to do for fun?

Normally, I would do something fun, like investigate a good murder, or track down a nice serial killer.

John has assured me that that isn't normal, however.

And unfortunately for you, the murder rate in Vatheon is extremely low. Especially considering that a serial killer's victim would just come back a week later and be able to solve the crime himself.

Isn't there anything else you enjoy?

What kind of experiments?

What about a game? Or something out-of-doors. It's beautiful out.

More often than not, I experiment on the body post-mortem.

So that's all you like to do? Solve murders and chop up dead bodies?

Isn't there anything you like that doesn't involve corpses? There aren't any about and I'm afraid I don't enjoy rotting flesh.

I like, and I use the term very loosely here, things that aren't boring.

Well, then you're in the right place. This entire place and most of the people in it are quite out of theordinary. I'm afraid that death isn't permanent here, however, so you'd best find your entertainment invthe living.
